The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada (CCFC)  Education Symposia are half-day conferences that help patients with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis build networks, gain a better understanding about their treatment options and learn how to effectively manage their disease. Since the program began in 2008, its popularity and reach has grown exponentially, giving more people with IBD access to some of the best speakers and top specialists in IBD disease management and research in Canada.
