We at the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada know we cannot find the cure without the passion, generosity and commitment of our volunteers and researchers. Through our volunteer and research awards, we are proud to recognize the achievements of these individuals who have shown exceptional efforts in support of the CCFC’s mission to find the cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
