Awards and Recognition

CCFC volunteers demonstrate their commitment to the mission of the Foundation through endless hours spent asking for donations, organizing fundraising events, educating the public, and planning activities in their local communities. This commitment of time and effort is an important part of finding the cure and we could not hope for a better team of volunteers. Every October, the Foundation recognizes individuals and Chapters who have made a special contribution. Through our volunteer and chapter awards, we are proud to recognize the achievements of individual volunteers and Chapters who have shown exceptional efforts in support of CCFC.
