Let us help you
CCFC strives to help IBD patients manage their disease through relevant and current education materials and events. We have a comprehensive series of patient education brochures to address a range of topics relevant to people living with IBD. In addition to the core brochures that help patients and their families understand the dietary, medication, surgical and cancer implications of IBD, we also have brochures to help patients navigate issues such as intimacy, fertility and ostomy care. For youth, we have brochures developed by other young people living with IBD, to help navigate some of the issues specific to teenagers and young adults. We have also recently developed a brochure to help parents and teachers support young children who have been diagnosed with Crohn’s or colitis. You are a key resource in helping your patients find ways to cope with this potentially debilitating disease. Our goal is to support you in this important work. We can do that by linking you and your patients to the following resources:
CCFC is a non-profit, charitable research foundation whose only interests are to assist those with IBD and to “Find a Cure.” In fact, CCFC is one of the global leaders in funding IBD medical research. By helping provide you with useful information and resources, we are helping those who suffer from CD and UC. If you are a health professional with patients and clients who suffer from IBD, please let us help you.
