Members of the CCFC receive a complimentary subscription to the
CCFC's magazine, The Journal (value $30).
The Journal combines in-depth articles about the latest breaking
medical research on IBD, with stories on topics as wide-ranging
as how to improve doctor/patient relationships, to the challenge
of coping with IBD in the Workplace. Each issue of The Journal also
includes a Dear Doctor section, where using layman's language a
physician/ gastroenterologist attempts to answer all your questions
about IBD, from inquiries concerning complementary therapies, to
those questioning the benefits of the newest prescription drugs
or surgical procedures. Sign up for CCFC membership and receive your personal copy of The Journal. |
| The CCFC is also pleased to introduce you to its
e-newsletter FOCUS, a special publication available to CCFC volunteer leaders.
It's free, and full of fascinating human interest stories that pay
tribute to the valiant volunteers who help organize fundraising
events, from small towns to big cities, all across the country.
Each small community is a pearl in a necklace of hope. Thanks to
volunteer fundraising efforts, the CCFC is able to fulfill its mission
to fund medical research to find the cure for IBD. We're closer
than ever! Each breakthrough makes the heart beat a little faster. |
